Venue Transformation

Turn any venue into the ideal location for your event.

With iCatching, you can turn any room into the perfect venue.  We have transformed village halls into magnificent Wedding Venues and sports halls into the perfect setting for gala dinners.  How do we do this?  Well, iCatching have a large amount of resources in house, which allows us to be very creative within your budget.  Quite often, we start by using a free standing wall draping system and maybe even a full re-carpet covering.  This gives us a blank canvas to work on, then, we get to work adding colour and content to your room.

 

So for a Wedding, we would then look at chair covers, table coverings and table centres.  We would add some light and maybe a dance floor.  We can add drapes to the ceiling for a more elegant look.

 

For a corporate function we would concentrate on similar areas, but we would also look at creating a theme for the event with one of our themed prop sets.  We have more than 80 themes currently available.

We have created a new package dedicated for Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah celebrations.

Our package includes all the ingredients for a perfect Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah event. With everything from the dance floor down to the venue dressing included in the package, it is the perfect starting point for anyone planning this sort of event.

WOW! What an amazing Christmas.

Christmas 2013 was unbelievable here at iCatching Events and Media.  It was without a doubt our busiest so far.  It saw us expand our range of season-long install themed shows, giving, without doubt, the best value for money and most versatile shows in the country.

As part of our expansion, iCatching Events and Media, will be offering an even wider range of shows for season-long installs in 2014.  Wehave all of the usual suspects – Winter Wonderland, Narnia, Hollywood and James Bond.  However, if you are looking for something completely different, look no further.  Our Circus and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory themes went down a storn this season and with the addition of the amazing new ‘Under the Sea’ theme, as well as a list as long as your arm, your 2014 theming task can be solved right here.

Over the Christmas period, iCatching Events and Media provided spectacular theming for events all over the county, but in our home city of Manchester and the North-West, we were busier than ever.

Wow Factor.  It’s almost a cliche to say it, but it is still something that every Bride and Groom seek as a way to make their Wedding stand out.  So what are the latest trends, and what should you be looking for in order to create that Wow Factor?
